SF附近似乎只有兩間米其林三星餐廳, 一位難求!!

通常得提前兩個月訂位才有得吃~~

明明就貴得離譜...

這天的午間套餐一人$270, 據說晚餐更貴Orz 

為了吃這頓飯也真的是很麻煩阿...

不過Yountville看起來是個很可愛的小鎮, 值得花一個下午好好逛逛:))

當時完全吃不出來是甚麼東西...很奇妙的味道...

部分醬汁給人的感覺像是西式醬油炒蔥苗...

總是喜愛明蝦更勝龍蝦

不過嚐過這道甜奶油煮龍蝦後就決定變節了~真的很鮮嫩甜美的一道阿~~

顯然就是要做北京烤鴨吧@@

雖然烹調技巧相當厲害, 對切開來肉色粉嫩嫩的, 吃起來不老不澀,

不過我還是覺得, 北京烤鴨在台中的黃昏市場一隻才台幣500, 肉汁更鮮美, 實在沒必要在法式餐廳吃這個阿...

可怕的goat cheese!!

K形容的超傳神, 簡直就是動物園裡沒洗澡的羊群在嘴裡奔跑的感覺...搭著麵包吃更是整個在口腔裡四散...

後來發現, 還是搭著櫻桃醬, 松露或白蘆筍好吃~~
